I have eighteen years of experience in trade mark litigation, including oppositions, cancellations and trade mark infringement matters. I advise numerous local businesses as well as some of the world’s top multi-national organisations on the protection and enforcement of their brands and other intellectual property in Africa.
Adams & Adams has won numerous awards, having been recognised as one of SA’s Top National Companies and the Best Intellectual Property Practice in Africa (three years in a row).
