Rubén obtained his law degree on 2007 at the University of Salamanca. He holds a Copyright Law Degree by the University Carlos III of Madrid.
Rubén joined the Entertainment Department of Abril Abogados in 2009 showing his broad experience in copyright, advertising and marketing, rights to honor, image and privacy.
He has developed his skills in the Marketing & Advertising field, and he provides his assessment to the clients on Sponsoring and Advertising Works as well as on Labelling of Products and Contests and Promotions.
His skills are also very helpful in preparing global strategies in Defense of Business Reputation and Campaign Assessment and he also handles Procedures before Advertising Self-Control Entities and Consultation.
He also collaborates with the IP litigation department preparing written reports and complaints.
Rubén is member of the Bar Association of Madrid and ENATIC.
