The final countdown to Brexit - Lewis Silkin publishes Q&A on key IP changes

There are 70 days until Christmas 2020 and 76 days until the end of the Transition Period.  One of them will probably be rescheduled - sadly I think it's more likely to be Christmas.

The UK Government has confirmed there will not be an extension to the Transition Period beyond 31 December 2020.  This means all businesses need to get to grips with the changes happening in less than 3 months.  Something we've all read about over and over again, but this time it's for real.

So what does it really mean for you and your business?  We've pulled together the various pieces of guidance, considered the myriad of possibilities and challenges, and prepared a single page of the key changes and practical tips, in an easy-to read Q&A format.

Recommended reading - call it an early Christmas present.

The UK government has been clear that it will not request an extension of this period.
