I specialize in IP litigation in general and trademark, design and patent litigation in particular. I furthermore oversee and develop strategies for trademark and design prosecution for several medium and large size Companies, Danish as well as foreign around the World. I have on several occasions been chosen by the EC Commission as an IP expert to lecture for the Chinese Judiciary and leading AIC officials on EU IP law. Furthermore I advise a number of large multinational corporations about enforcement of their IP rights in Denmark and abroad. Finally I am counsel for the Danish Design association, the Danish Jewelry Manufacturers Association as well as the Danish Fashion Association WEAR.
