I have extensive experience in providing highly specialized, commercially oriented legal advice to local and international clients and overseas law firms in the fields of Corporate and M&A with a particular emphasis on the Technology Sector. I advise on private equity markets, such as venture and growth capital transactions, private equity buyouts, buy-and-build projects, and exits.
My expertise also includes advising in some of the most prominent transactions on the Romanian Real Estate market as well as M&A sector, such as the largest single-tenant build-to-suit office lease, acquisition of one of the last remaining major plot of land in center Bucharest as well as the take over of the largest card manufacturer and auxiliary banking services provider on the Romanian market.
My academic credentials include education in the United States and the Netherlands. Besides my Bachelor of Laws I also hold a Bachelor Degree in Economics and an L.L.M. Degree in Corporate Law.
