I am a partner and the head of the Litigation Department of the Law Firm TRIANA, URIBE & MICHELSEN, in Bogotá, Colombia.
I have practiced in the field of industrial and intellectual property law for over twenty five (25) years, and during this time I have played prominent roles in the country’s most significant trademark disputes.
My professional experience is mostly related to trademark and patent prosecution, intellectual property, domain name and unfair competition litigation.
I began my practice as an Associate in the Industrial Property Department of the Law Firm of Brigard & Castro, and expanded my expertise in the Law Firm of Cavelier Abogados as an Associate and then as a Partner and Head of its Litigation Department.
Before founding the current Law Firm, I participated also as Partner and Director of the Litigation Department of the Law Firm of Vernot Abogados.
