The International Advertising Association is sponsoring a three-part webinar series on “Artificial Intelligence & Marketing:  A Global Legal Perspective."  The second webinar in the series, focused on AI-related marketing issues in the Americas, will be held on September 25, 2024 at 12:30 p.m. ET.  

During the program, members of the Global Advertising Lawyers Alliance will discuss the key issues to consider when using AI tools in connection with marketing efforts in the United States and throughout the Americas.  We'll be discussing intellectual property issues, truth-in-advertising concerns, key contracting issues, and many other topics.  I'll be moderating the webinar, which will include the following speakers:
