Stefan Kofler has been admitted as an attorney in Austria since 1987. He completed his law studies at the University of Innsbruck.
After his studies he practiced at the law firm Studio Legale Avvocato Dr. Angelo Pesce e Associati, Milan, and at the law firm Herbert Oppenheimer Nathan & Van Dyk, London.
His main areas of practice comprise Unfair Competition, IP and Advertising Law, Bank Law, Litigation and Transportation Law.
Stefan Kofler is the author of various publications and books, among them “Austrian Conflict of Laws in International Business Transactions”, “Advertising Law in Europe and North America” (co-contributor), “Commentary to the Austrian Commercial Code” (co-contributor), “Getting the Deal Through: Advertising and Marketing Law (Austria 2014 and 2015)”, and “Advertising Law: A Global Legal Perspective”.
