Irena Lišková

About me

Irena obtained her Master’s degree (Mgr.) in law from the Faculty of Law of Charles University in Prague in 2008 and her Master´s degree (Mgr.) in Social Work and Social Policy from the Faculty of Philosophy of Charles University in Prague in 2007.   

Irena joined Randls in 2009, she is an attorney at law and, since 2019, also a partner.

Irena specialises in commercial and civil law with focus on corporate, real estate and contract law, personal data protection with focus on GDPR, and intellectual property law. She is also experienced in advising clients in the fields of marketing, media, IP and advertising.

She regularly lectures on GDPR and those aspects of commercial law that involve HR related issues such as managerial contracts or temporary assignment and provision of services.

Irena has worked with clients across a variety of industry sectors, but has expertise in the advertising & marketing, gastronomy & hotel, pharmacy & food, HR, and real estate & development sectors, acting in a range of transactions and working with clients through the lifecycle of their business from formation to exit.

Irena is fluent in Czech and English.
