Eleonora primarily deals with privacy, cyber security and data protection, as well as media and regulatory law, with specific focus on new technologies, telecommunications, IoT, artificial intelligence and digital payments. Eleonora has significant experience in topics connected to digitalization, such as electronic signatures, smart contracts and digital identity.
She is ranked by The Legal 500 EMEA 2024 as a “Rising Star” for the Data Privacy and Data Protection area
In 2020 she has been seconded for eight months to an internationally known Italian jewelry company based in Milan, assisting on all legal matters (including data and consumer protection) and supporting the company as sole in-house counsel in charge for Italy and Turkey.
In the same year, she attended the Postgraduate Advanced Course “Legal tech, coding for lawyers, artificial intelligence and blockchain legal issues,” promoted by the University of Milan.
In 2019 Eleonora completed a secondment with an Italian luxury company belonging to an internationally renowned group, assisting on privacy and data protection matters.
In 2016 she attended the Columbia Summer Program in American Law at the Universiteit Leiden (NL).
In the summer of 2014, she successfully completed a Campus Abroad course held at Beijing’s Tsinghua University.
She earned a Law degree from Università Commerciale Luigi Bocconi di Milano in 2015.
She has obtained CIPP/E – Certified Information Privacy Professional/Europe certification via IAPP (International Association of Privacy Professionals). In 2023, she also served as Young Privacy Professional within the Milan KnowledgeNet Chapter of the IAPP.
