Carolina obtained her law degree in 1997 at the Complutense University of Madrid. She holds a Master degree in Community Law by the Alcala de Henares University and she is member of the Bar Association of Madrid.
Associate since 2015, Carolina joined Abril Abogados in 2.006 after having worked in two important Spanish Intellectual Property Law firms gaining a detailed experience.
She handles foreign client portfolios providing analysis and counsel on a wide range of Intellectual Property matters and related issues. She has experience assessing clients in sweepstakes and contest clearance, promotional campaigns as well as product labelling.
