Ms. Kunze is a partner, heading the firm’s Telecom and Media Practice and co-heading the M & A and Corporate Practices at DGKV. She advises primarily foreign entities on a broad range of corporate matters, foreign investments, large-scale infrastructure projects, acquisition of assets, as well as on regulatory matters, granting of concessions, telecom, cable TV and satellite licensing. She has been involved in some of the landmark privatizations in Bulgaria.
Violetta has been with DGKV since the very beginning. She joined the firm in 1995 and has played a significant role in establishing DGKV as one of the most prominent law firm on the Bulgarian legal market. Ms. Kunze is highly praised and very well-liked by both clients and partners. Some of our clients describe her as “informative and practical, and gives you the response you need." Violetta is an active member of the International Bar Association and a Corporate Counsel Forum Liaison Officer of the Communications Law Committee. She is also a member of German-Bulgarian Lawyers’ Association and of German-American Lawyers’ Association.
Ms. Kunze and her team regularly contribute to publications on overviews, updates and developments in the Bulgarian Telecommunication law and regulations.
