About me

I am an Of Counsel at Abreu Advogados, focusing on digital law and financial regulation. My practice has developed at the intersection of technology and regulation, supporting clients in navigating the growing complexity of digital markets, fintech and financial innovation, with particular emphasis on data protection, regulatory compliance and the structuring of innovative financial operations. I also advise on Project Finance, Energy and Public Law, participating in complex financing and investment operations in sectors such as infrastructure and energy. My work involves contract negotiation, risk assessment and regulatory analysis in transactions that require a high degree of technical and strategic coordination. In parallel with practice, I am a Guest Lecturer at the Faculty of Law of the University of Lisbon and a Researcher at CIDP, contributing to academic discussion on private law, digital and financial regulation, further developing legal insights aligned with international best practices.
